Heather was wonderful! This was our first cruise and we had to cancel someone traveling with us. Heather took care of the cancellation and mailed us our boarding passes and even sent us luggage tag holders. She followed through by checking on us before heading out and also when we got back to make sure we did not encounter any issues. I can’t wait to start planning out next trip with her.
Heather helped from beginning to end. She gave us location options, helped us narrow down, answered our questions. She walked us through everything needed to travel and always communicated clearly. She was knowledgeable about the area we traveled as well as the resort. We will absolutely use Heather as a travel agent for future trips!
